Join us at the community centre parking lot to celebrate Canada Day with events and activities!
- Beginning at 10am, Red Deer County peace officers will be out to offer young riders a fun and engaging crash course in bike safety
- By 11:30am bike and cart decorating will begin (limited supplies will be available, please consider bringing something special to avoid disappointment!)
- At 11:45 GLSA will fire up the grills for a Canada Day BBQ
- Prepare for an approximate 1pm start for the bike & cart parade around the resort! Prizes for the best decorated bikes in four categories (<5yrs, 5-8yrs, 8-13yrs, and 14-17yrs) as well as for the best decorated golf cart! Parental supervision of riders is strongly recommend at the parade, to help keep younger riders safely on track 🙂
