Fiber Optic UpdateThe latest update we have from Valo Networks on bringing Fiber into the resort is as follows;
-We expect to have designs ready to be reviewed by key stakeholders/decision makers by July 1st
-Once the designs have been approved by the County and the Resort, necessary permit applications will be submitted and construction planning will begin
-We anticipate that the Gleniffer Lake project will be completed in phases, with the construction beginning early Fall
Anyone interested in finding out more about the services that will be available or expressing their interest in services, can visit www.tetheralberta.com.
Active marketing campaigns to promote awareness and sign up in the area will begin towards the end of July.
The final decision to move forward with the project still rests with the County and the Resort after designs are completed, however, everything is looking positive so far to bring Fiber in.
Rgs,
Craig Hingley

FYI- The Community center outdoor pool will be closed until further notice. Due to a power glitch at the community center yesterday (June 20, 2022), the chemical pump controller burnt out. We are waiting for new parts and will update progress as known. Thank you for your patience!Posted on behalf of
