Gleniffer Lake Resort & Country Club is seeking a hands‑on Lawn, Grounds & Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Grounds Care Crew and help maintain our beautifully landscaped resort property.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily work for the grounds crew
- Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and common spaces (mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing)
- Oversee safe use and maintenance of grounds equipment
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance under the golf course superintendent
- Perform minor building maintenance and repairs
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and high presentation standards
- Maintain records and report to the Outdoor Services Superintendent
- Interact with guests as needed in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and general building maintenance
- Ability to safely operate and train others on grounds equipment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License (preferred)
- WHMIS and First Aid/CPR are assets
