Please note the following important update: asphalt milling will begin on portions of the Resort Main Entrance Road at approximately 10:00 AM today.
Milling of portions of the road in Phases 4 and 5 will follow.
Completion of the Main Entrance road repair, including paving, will take approximately 2 weeks after which time the crew expects to continue work on the Phase 4 road repair followed by the Phase 5 road repair.
To facilitate the work being completed at the Main Entrance Road and to protect worker safety, daytime access to the Resort for the next two weeks (approximately) will be via the ‘old’ (aka Marina or South) entrance road which will be manned by Security personnel since we do not have security gates to control entry on that road. Appropriate signage will be placed at the Resort to direct you. Access to the Resort in the evening/overnight hours will be via the Main Entrance Road and through the Pro Shop parking lot to the security gate.
Please ensure that you drive through all construction zones slowly.
