Gleniffer Lake Resort Residents,
Thank you all for your patience while our network operator, Valo Networks continues to move throughout the resort this summer completing construction for high speed, fiber optic internet.
As promised, here are the seasonal rates available! Please choose a seasonal plan if you would like services from April – October, by filling out the form linked below.
*Please note that all seasonal plans will be billed monthly for all 12 months of the year.

• 100Mbps/50Mbps for 1 Year $45.50/Month
• 200Mbps/75Mbps for 1 Year $59.50/Month
• 300Mbps/100Mbps for 1 Year $66.50/Month
• 1Gbps/200Mbps for 1 Year $83.50/Month

*Please note that seasonal plans will be active at full speeds from April-October. There after, speeds will be reduced in the off season with enough bandwidth to accommodate most surveillance cameras and thermostats.*
As you can see, the plan option is for 1 year. The reason being is that next year at this time for renewal, we would like to have additional options available to seasonal residents.
Standard $225 installation fee (exterior to interior installation)
All plans are unlimited data, the numbers represented above are speeds of the selected plan chosen.
As for seasonal customers already signed up and active on the network, please fill out the form linked above if you would like your plan to be seasonal, and it will be adjusted accordingly.

An update to the construction progress:
Phase 3, 4 and 5 with permanent structures is now near complete with phase 6 following shortly. If your lot with a permanent structure was missed, please ensure that construction will circle back to complete the work necessary for you to connect to the network.
If your lot possesses an RV or park home model – Connections are coming soon! The equipment necessary to connect you to fiber has been ordered and will be going through testing as soon as next week!
