There are only a limited number of building lots available at Lakeside, our final phase of development. At Lakeside, all utilities and road access are complete, so all lots are now ready for your home construction.

The 6th hole of our Country Club Golf Course includes a large pond and water feature, just steps away from Lakeside’s Fairway building lots. This provides an enhanced view from your backyard across the pond and the resort’s lush golf course.

In response to popular demand we have expanded the marina to accommodate more boats. When you buy a lot at Lakeside your boat can be only minutes away. Please ask about current slip availabilities.
